Just wondered if anyone has noticed if it might be open this year.
I know it has been for sale.

I walked past it last weekend and it had a new ‘for sale’ sign up so I’d guess they’re still trying to sell it maybe with more effort. It was showing no signs of opening but then it doesn’t usually for Easter.

The Bini-Inn has re-opened as Bambu. It’s very smart! €16 for a bottle of red, does ‘Asian tapas’ and bar snacks.

They were planning to open again this year. As mentioned above, they don’t open until later this month / early next.

Most restaurants have only been open for a few days, and the swimming pool one in Binibeca Vell is still closed, as is the pizza restaurant and the one at the top with the terrace. The one in the courtyard is only partially open - not open upstairs.

Bambu is really good views and the food is good, although more Asian fusion.

Faro in Cala Torret isn’t open, but the Pirate place opened on Thursday and I the restaurant between the pirate place and Faro opened on Friday.

Delany’s and Smugglers were both shut. The Spa is shut too.

Strong rumour going round that this place is now under new management. I’ve never been there but I know some will be interested. Talk of the new owner being called Oscar and having something to do with the beach bar.
