Interesting. I would like a full explanation of:

Inform the General Directorate of Police about the people who will be staying at the house.

You have to provide the police with a list of guests and passport numbers. My Property Manager does it for me.

Hi Everyone,

Thank you in advance for everyone's insight regarding the current situation regarding tourist licenses in Cala en Porter. We purchased our villa last summer, and plan on plenty of personal usage, but we are also looking at renting the flat to holiday makers in July and Aug. Has anyone any of the latest advice going forward for this summer? We have reached out to our solicitor, but they mentioned May 2018 as the time applications will be accepted?

Cheers,
Chad

Notwithstanding the tourist licence you are still permitted to rent your villa out to 'friends and family' ..................... my family is quite large and extended.

Thanks Kieronf! Today, May 4th 2018, was meant to be the day applications would be accepted for the tourist license, but yet to hear anything at all. Does anyone have any updates?
